There’s a strange kind of peace in the aftermath. The buzzing thoughts have been dialled down to a soft, sterile hum. The world feels distant, like you’re observing your own life through frosted glass—beautiful, clinical, slightly wrong. Someone has brushed your hair back, smoothed your collar, told you you’re doing so well. You almost believe them.

Lobotomy Aftercare opens with a deceptively bright flash—juicy pear and soft citrus, clean and sparkling like fluorescent lights flickering back to life. It’s airy, optimistic… but a little too polished. Too controlled.

Then the white florals bloom—neroli, orange blossom, jasmine—lush and feminine, but eerily restrained. Like beauty that’s been carefully curated, edited, approved. There’s warmth here, intimacy even… but it never quite lets you all the way in.

As it settles, the scent softens into a hypnotic skin-trail of creamy vanilla, amber, and smooth white musk. This is the aftercare—the sedation. A gentle, comforting haze that lingers long after the edges of you have been filed down. It’s addictive. It’s soothing. It’s a little bit hollow.

You don’t feel everything anymore.
